Agreements & Policies
Please read carefully. By utilizing our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to any of the terms outlined below, you are advised not to use our services.
A1 Limos and its Affiliate Network reserve the right to modify, alter, or update these terms of use at any time. By continuing to use our services following any modifications, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
No Show Policy
Airport: If you fail to show up at the scheduled pickup time and location for your arrival flight, and there has been no contact with A1 Limos after 20 minutes for domestic flights or 35 minutes for international flights, you will be considered a No Show and billed the full fee, including base rate, gratuity, and expenses. If you cannot locate your vehicle, do not leave. Call 1-833-215-4667.
Non-Airport: If you fail to show up at the scheduled pickup time and location, you will be billed the full quoted price. The driver will wait up to 15 minutes. After that, the vehicle will be released and a full No Show fee will apply.
Cancellation Policy
All reservations are final and non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Waiting Time Policy
A 5 minute grace period is provided. After that, waiting time charges apply:
Sedan: $3.75 per minute
Luxury SUV: $6.00 per minute
Stretch Limousine: $7.50 per minute
Stretch SUV: $9.50 per minute
Limo Bus: $15.00 per minute
Airports and train stations include a 10 minute grace period for domestic arrivals and 30 minutes for international arrivals.
Charters (Hourly Service)
Any portion of an hour is billed as a full hour. A 20 percent gratuity is automatically added. Hourly service rates may vary by location. Out of state trips require a custom quote.
Stops
Additional stops are charged a minimum of $250 per stop with a 5 minute limit. Additional waiting time is charged at $15 per minute or billed hourly.
Confirmations & Rates
Each reservation includes a confirmation number and email. It is the traveler’s responsibility to review all details for accuracy.
Fuel & Additional Charges
Fuel surcharges may vary based on current pricing. Additional charges may include tolls, parking, waiting time, airport fees, and other applicable surcharges.
Child Safety Seats
Child safety seats are available for an additional fee. Customers are encouraged to bring their own for proper fit and compliance.
Pets and Service Animals
Pets must be transported in approved carriers. Service animals are exempt. Cleaning or damage fees may apply.
Lost Items
A1 Limos is not responsible for lost or misplaced items. A delivery fee may apply to return items.
Seating Capacity
Passenger limits must not be exceeded. Violations may result in service denial.
Cleaning & Damages
Excessive cleaning or damage will result in additional charges. Minimum cleaning fee is $500. Severe incidents may result in higher charges.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles. Violations result in a minimum $1200 charge.
Alcohol Policy
Local laws apply. No underage drinking is permitted. Violations may result in termination of service without refund.
Behavior Policy
Illegal or unsafe behavior will result in immediate termination of service without refund.
Vehicle Availability
Vehicle type, color, and model are not guaranteed and may be substituted based on availability.
Legal Terms
All legal matters are governed by the laws of Illinois. Any disputes will be handled in DuPage County.
Limitation of Liability
A1 Limos is not liable for delays, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond its control.
General Terms
Service may be refused or canceled without refund if safety concerns arise.
Disclaimer
Rates are subject to change. The company is not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, or emergencies.
